List of Globe default admin username and password (Fiber, DSL, LTE)

Different Internet packages are available from Globe At Home, including Fiber (GFiber), DSL, and LTE. Every Globe plan includes a separate modem/router. You must understand how to access the Globe modem admin settings page in order to effectively configure and secure your WiFi network. You can use the Globe admin password and username to have full administrative access to the modem settings. With the Globe router admin settings, you can change the WiFi password and SSID, set up a firewall, restrict wireless users with MAC filtering, manage VoIP, bridge your network, filter URLs, enable port forwarding, do backups, and more.

You must be aware of the default gateway or IP address, which you will enter into your browser (Google Chrome or Firefox), in order to access the Globe router admin settings. Globe modems typically use as their default gateway. You will be taken to the admin login page after entering the default gateway in your browser.

For setting the routers through their web interface, Globe At Home routers offer two different account options. Ordinary users should create an account with the username "user," which has only limited access to settings. Advanced users who need access to the router's full or super admin settings should use the second account with the username "admin."

You can attempt a hard reset of the modem if the default login and password do not work. This process, often referred to as a factory reset, will return your router to the settings it had at the time of manufacture. To get started, adhere to the directions below:

1. Locate the reset button on the router's side.
2. Use a pointed object, such as a paper clip or ballpoint pen.
3. When all the LED lights except the Power LED have turned off, press and hold the reset button for around 10 seconds.
4. Wait for the router to reboot itself after you've let go of the reset button.

You can call the Globe customer support hotline by dialing 211 on your Globe/TM phone to seek for help if any of the above-mentioned credentials do not work on your Globe router.
